Refund Policy


West Texas Branding products are digital goods and cannot be "returned", therefore all sales are final except for the following circumstances.



Customers are eligible for a refund if the following circumstances apply to their purchase:

  • The item does not work in the manner advertised and West Texas Branding is unsuccessful in fixing the issue. If an item doesn’t work the way it was intended and advertised, West Texas Branding reserves the right to promptly fix the issue. An item is "not as described" if it is materially different from the item description or preview. If the issue can not be solved, the customer is entitled to a refund if West Texas Branding has been notified of the issue both verbally and by email within 30 days of the purchase.
  • Item support is promised but not provided If your purchase was advertised as including item support, you have an entitlement to that support service. If support is not provided within the parameters of the West Texas Branding support policy, the customer is entitled to a refund.

The following circumstances do not warrant a refund:

  • The item did not meet your ‘expectations.’
  • You no longer ‘need’ the item.
  • You change your mind after making a purchase.
  • You bought an item by mistake.
  • You do not have sufficient expertise to use the item.
  • You fail to provide sufficient information as to why you are entitled to a refund.

Requesting Refunds:

If a customer’s circumstance qualifies for a refund, refund requests can be made by using the primary contact form on the primary West Texas Branding website. West Texas Branding reserves the right to conduct due diligence in response to the request, including but not limited to:

  • Attempt to establish contact to provide technical support.
  • Requiring information from the customer such as transaction history; correspondence history etc.

West Texas Branding reserves the right to take a period of time not to exceed 14 business days to complete the review process. Any failure of a customer to return correspondence to West Texas Branding staff in a timely manner will warrant an extension of the review process. At the completion of the review West Texas Branding will make a fair decision based on the findings of the review process in accordance with all legal obligations.
